Find WC Now is not an official website, public authority or service of the City of Vienna, the Republic of Austria or any other public body. It is not operated, represented, supported or endorsed by them. “Official data” refers only to the source of the OGD dataset and does not make Find WC Now an official service.

Report a toilet problem
“Report a problem” prepares an email to post@ma48.wien.gv.at (City of Vienna, MA 48). Find WC Now does not store, publish or send it. You review and send it in your email app.
The draft may include the issue, your text, toilet ID, address and toilet coordinates—not your GPS position. Once sent, your email provider and MA 48 process it. MA 48 is a general city recipient and may not operate every listed toilet.
Not an emergency channel
Reports are not monitored by Find WC Now and cannot provide urgent help. For immediate danger, accident or medical emergency, call 112.
Privacy and accessibility
A direct route for privacy rights, legal requests and accessibility feedback will be added before public launch. You may still complain to a legally competent data protection authority.
